This is the first start up restaurant for Michelle and Jason Piltzmaker who hope to spread their success into other Houston malls, and beyond.
Dolce and Cannoli’s Chef Drew Rogers told CultureMap that he uses a filtration system that mimics the mineral content of NYC’s tap water to give the dough for his 10-inch pies the right flavor. Other menu items include sub sandwiches, soup, salads, paninis and, for desert, a wide variety of Italian pastries.
Thousands turned out to meet the stars of the iconic daytime drama at the Memorial City Xfinity Fireplace on Saturday, August 10th. Diedre Hall, Drake Hogestyn, Lamon Archey, Matt Ashford, Camila Banus, Linsey Godfrey, Lauren Koslow, Melissa Reeves, Sal Stowers, and Paul Telfer all came to Houston to meet their fans.
