From the shoppers to contractor drivers, housekeepers and janitors, all Memorial Concierge employees are uniformed. All refrigerated trucks are well-marked so clients can be confident they are working with vetted and trained personnel. Orders are carefully packaged in bins and trucks that are maintained and sanitized daily.
Shoppers have a focus on quality when they’re selecting products for clients. Alemu says, “We pick food that people are comfortable putting in front of their family.”
Memorial Concierge operates from 9am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and can accommodate same day deliveries. Their satisfaction guarantee policy ensures they will do everything they can to correct any problem.
And shopping is easy. Create an account online then search for products, upload a grocery list, or “browse the aisles” to fill a cart.
