May 23 | Dub Miller
A singer-songwriter whose music blends Texas country and rock and roll, Dub Miller started out in Texas clubs backed by the Highway 6 Band. He put out two albums and played hundreds of shows between ‘97 and ’04, and in 2015 he returned to live music with the band 11 Bones and released his third album, The Midnight Ambassador.
Beginning April 25, Houston’s new cowboy-surfer themed cocktail bar, brought to you by Jim Jard, F.E.E.D. TX’s Carl Eaves and the Art Guys’ Jack Messing, will host Live Music Sundays every week from 7-9 p.m. on their state-of-the-art Cowboy Surfer Small Stage. Cowboy Surfer has been serving up cocktails, bottled and draft beer, wine, seltzer and comfort food in Memorial City since late last year, offering a safe space with limited capacity, hand sanitizing stations and masked employees, filled with great art, great music and plenty of Texas character.

Starting off with duo RW Hayden, including hit country songwriter Hayden Nicholas along with friend and fellow writer Randy Warmuth, Live Music Sundays will feature well-known and well-loved Texas artists who play from the heart.

Ticket sales for the events will be released online at cowboysurferbar.com. Seating is limited to 50 people, and attendees may order from the bar’s full food and drink menus during the performance.
