The Memorial District is pleased to welcome Kirk Guilanshah to the Board of Directors. Kirk is the Vice President of Real Estate for the Memorial Hermann Health System. He is responsible for the financial and operational success of the System real estate assets, as well as site selection and development of various campus and retail locations, and corporate facility oversight.
Kirk has over 30 years of commercial, retail and industrial real estate experience. Prior to joining Memorial Hermann, her served as the vice president of corporate dispositions at the Staubach Company where he developed and managed commercial properties. He also assisted in the development, leasing and management of numerous Class A mixed-use properties for more than six years as vice president for the Dienna Nelson Augustine Company in Houston. His diverse portfolio includes joining venture and institutionally owned commercial and industrial properties.
Kirk holds Certified Commercial Invest Member (CCIM) and Certified Professional Manager (CPM) professional accreditations, a Texas Real Estate Broker license and a bachelor’s in business administration from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
Kirk is a fourth generation Texas and a native Houstonian. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lorena, and son, Thomas.
